1. Acceptance of Terms

coin88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds arising from ineligible play may be voided.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use real-money features of coin88, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your coin88 login credentials. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with coin88. Multiple accounts registered by or linked to the same individual — whether by name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifier — constitute a breach of these Terms. coin88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on coin88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. coin88 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX via participating Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. coin88 reserves the right to amend available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. coin88 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business hours during Malaysian banking hours. These timeframes are indicative, not guaranteed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

coin88 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity before withdrawal is permitted. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful gaming activity ("deposit cycling") is prohibited and may be treated as suspicious activity subject to reporting obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

coin88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply: bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money withdrawal eligibility; wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted; bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe; coin88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Bonuses are available for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, coordinating play with others, using automated software, or any other form of bonus fraud — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on coin88 are subject to the applicable game rules, which are displayed within each game or betting market. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

coin88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors; technical failures that affect the integrity of a game or market outcome; evidence of match manipulation or corruption; circumstances where a bet was placed after the actual outcome of an event was known. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

By placing a bet on coin88, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the amounts you stake. coin88 does not guarantee any outcomes or returns on any game or betting market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the coin88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to coin88 at any time
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the coin88 platform

9. Limitation of Liability

coin88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

Upon termination for cause, coin88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, coin88 will return your available real-money balance after deducting any amounts owed to coin88.

You may close your coin88 account at any time by contacting support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect on the account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to coin88's operating jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.
